The Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA) announced today that the following contractors have been selected for award of the Advanced Technology Support Program III (ATSP3) contracts:

  • BAE Systems Information & Electronic Warfare Systems, Nashua, NH;
  • The Boeing Company Phantom Works, Seattle, WA;
  • General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems, Minneapolis, MN;
  • Honeywell Defense and Space Electronic Systems, Albuquerque, NM;
  • Lockheed Martin Systems Integration, Owego, NY;
  • Northrop Grumman Space & Missions Systems, Redondo Beach, CA;
  • Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Linthicum Heights, MD;
  • Raytheon Technical Services Company, Long Beach, CA

The ATSP3 is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a $4,703,400,000 ceiling over a base term of 5 years, and two 5 year options. This award is the fourth in a series of fast, efficient, and innovative IDIQ contracts which DMEA has implemented to support their highly successful Advanced Technology Support Program (ATSP).

The ATSP gives government organizations streamlined access to state-of-the-art technologies and engineering capability through outstanding industry resources and the engineering expertise at DMEA. The ATSP3 contracts provide the government with access to a broad range of technologies, capabilities, and expertise which it can rapidly apply towards improving the operational readiness of fielded DoD systems utilizing advanced technology insertions and sophisticated engineering techniques to develop and resolve reliability, maintainability, and performance related issues for the Defense community.
