The Trusted Access Program Office (TAPO) Foundry clients can apply for access to testing capabilities through the contract with GLOBAL FOUNDRIES US2 (GFUS2). These capabilities include testing at the wafer and module level. As a separate service, the client can request help with acquiring GFUS2 testing after completing an online Customer Request Form. Note that testing services are not bundled with any other offerings. This is a stand-alone service. Additionally, testing solutions made available under this contract can support classified, trusted and itar programs. All customers with the need for secure parts testing should contact TAPO directly and request further assistance. The typical client engagement process for receiving testing services is as follows:
TAPO has enlisted the services of the Defense Microelectronics Activity group to certify and accredit all trusted foundries and suppliers (design, aggregators/brokers, masks, assembly, packaging, and testing).
